El objetivo de esta encuesta es planificar, con la suficiente antelación y logrando el mayor consenso posible, el calendario de sesiones para el XVI Congreso Internacional de Proyectos de Ingeniería, de forma que todos los congresistas puedan organizar su agenda y asistencia al evento. Para ello rogamos su colaboración respondiendo a las siguientes preguntas. Tenga en cuenta que deberá completar las preguntas sobre sus preferencias tantas veces como ponencias vaya a presentar (1, 2 ó 3). En el caso de que un Área Temática tenga prevista únicamente una sesión, el calendario previsto para la defensa de la misma se le indicará al seleccionar dicho Área. Se recuerda que la elección de una sesión determinada en encuesta no es vinculante, y quedará supeditada a la aceptación final de la ponencia por parte del Comité Científico, así como a la disponibilidad de fechas y sesiones a la hora de elaborar el calendario de presentación de ponencias. En caso de no poder alcanzar un acuerdo para la defensa oral, se propondrá la alternativa de defender la comunicación en formato póster.

The aim of this questionnaire is to schedule, sufficiently in advance and with the maximum consensus, the calendar of sessions for 16th International Congress on Project Engineering, in order to allow to the congress members the correct organization of their agenda For this reason, please reply as soon as possible to the following questions. Consider that you will have to complete the questions about your preferences as many times as papers you have presented (1, 2 or 3). If any Topic Area is scheduled just in one session, the planned calendar for it will appear once you have selected that Topic Area. Remember that the choice of any scheduled session in this questionnaire is not binding, and it will be subject to the definitive acceptance of the communication by Scientific Committee and also to the availability of places in the sessions. In case the agreement will be not possible, the congress member will be allow to change their oral presentation to a poster format.
